About the project
The foundations of the condominiums were constructed with a circular footing system based on deepened block foundations and well foundations. The buildings were constructed with vertical load-bearing structures of reinforced concrete columns and masonry, using precast prestressed reinforced concrete slab piles. The roof structure is of traditional carpentry construction.
